Join us for a packed afternoon exploring how cutting-edge science is reshaping what’s on our plates. From behavioural science, to lab-grown meat and plant-based innovation, we’ll dive into the breakthroughs redefining food production, sustainability, and nutrition.
Expect thought-provoking talks, interactive Q&As, and even a chance to sample the future of food! Stick around for networking from 7pm. Attendees are welcome to drop in and out through the event.

Abby Couture, Social Researcher at Bryant Research. Bryant Research uses social science research to help accelerate the protein transition from conventional meat to alternative proteins.
Dr Giuseppe Scionti, CEO & Founder of NOVAMEAT, a leading alternative proteins start up.
Professor George Lomonossof, Virologist at the John Innes Centre: Harnessing Biosynthesis for Sustainable Food and Health
